Your Design Idea

This is our complete package, from your design idea to completed badge.  Here is the process from start to finish:

  1. You provide a description of your design.  Please provide as full a description as possible.  A rough drawing would be helpful, too.  Please provide any wording you wish to be included, and tell us where in the design you wish that wording to be.  Tell us what color you wish each part of your design to be.  Tell us what color you wish the lettering (if any) to be.  The more information you can give us in the beginning, the more efficient the graphic-making process will be and the easier it will be to keep costs down.
  2. We make a (first draft) graphic, and send it to you for your consideration.  At this stage, we will make minor adjustments free of charge, but any major reworking might require an additional payment.
  3. When the graphic is finished, we will send you a low resolution version for your approval.
  4. When you are happy with the finished graphic, you make your order (including how many badges you wish us to make using your graphic).  (Please note that your graphic will be kept on file for any future orders you may make – unless you specifically instruct us not to do so.  It will not be made available to anyone else.)
  5. Please allow approximately 10 working days from payment to delivery.

Cost per graphic: $200 for creation of each graphic.  Please note, currently we only offer 1 1/4-inch (32mm) badges.  Other sizes will be available later.  If you have a large order, we may be able to offer other sizes immediately.  Please contact us for details.
